Submitting the booking form or contacting us by phone or text is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We'll follow up to confirm the date, time, and details before your appointment is scheduled.
On The Move Mobile Detailing brings its own water and power to each appointment. You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.
Please let us know about any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or areas of concern on your vehicle before service begins. We take care with every vehicle, but we're not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed in advance.
Plans change — if you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible by phone or text at (973) 901-0667 so we can adjust the schedule.
Pricing is provided at the time of booking based on your vehicle and selected package or add-ons. Final pricing may be confirmed on-site if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described when booking.
If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us directly and we'll work with you to make it right.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here reflects our current terms.
